Returns & Refunds (Digital Products)

All sales are final. Because our products are delivered digitally, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds.

We’ll absolutely help if there’s a problem with delivery or the file itself. See eligibility below.

When we can help

We’ll replace your order (or refund if we can’t fix it) if:

Files are corrupted (won’t open or produce an error), and

Files are missing / not delivered (you didn’t receive the download email or link doesn’t work).

Note: Issues caused by device limits, storage space, outdated software, or unsupported file formats aren’t considered defects.

Timeframe

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience a corrupted or missing file.

We list formats on each product page. Please confirm your device/software supports these formats before purchase.
Examples:

Audio: WAV/MP3/FLAC

Archives: ZIP/RAR (ensure you can unzip)

Compatibility or preference issues (e.g., “I needed a different format”) aren’t eligible.
